The invitational consisted mostly of round robin matches which offered students multiple bouts against a range of opponents.     The results of this year's municipal election were certified by the Petersburg Borough Assembly at a special meeting last Friday. Three ballots-two of which had been postmarked by election day and received by the borough and one questioned ballot-were counted during the meeting which brought the total number of ballots cast to 1,194.     The ice skate pond is expected to be brightly lit during the dark winter months as the lighting project there nears completion according to Parks and Recreation Director Stephanie Payne.     The RM038 moose hunt is staying on a steady pace with 77 moose harvested as of Oct. 5 according to Hilary Wood of the Alaska Department of Fish and Game. Of the 77 harvested, 70 were legal while 7 were determined to be illegal moose. The total number of moose taken is just behind the 81 harvested at this time last year.
