    State troopers arrested a Kake man last week after he sat in a Chevrolet pickup truck and allegedly sprayed semi-automatic gunfire into a construction site trailer with eight people inside, leaving no one hospitalized or shot. Jacob Hallingstad, 46, was arrested on Thursday in connection to the shooting in Kake.
