    March 26 Martin Baker was arraigned in Trial Court on charges of assault, a fourth degree misdemeanor. Baker was released on his own recognizance. A hearing date is set for April 17. March 29 Russ A. Johnston was arraigned in Trial Court on charges of criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor. Johnston entered a plea of no contest. Accepting the plea Magistrate Desi Burrell ordered Johnston to 20 days in jail, with 20 days suspended, a fine of $500, with $350 suspended and other fees totally $100.     March 21 Police investigated suspicious activity at Narrows Inn. School maintenance workers were testing the school's fire alarms, which alerted police dispatch. A group of juveniles were playing with fire at the corner of Kiseno and S. 2nd streets. An officer issued a verbal warning during a traffic stop Haugen Drive. March 22 Officers issued a warning to a camper in the parking lot at South Harbor. Police responded to a parking violation on 1st Street.
