On April 18, at 11:30 p.m. Alaska State Troopers received a report of an assault in Kake. Investigation revealed that a 24 year old male got into an argument with a 62 year old male. On Dec. 22, 2016, the Alaska State Troopers received a report from an adult female that her daughter in law was trying to get into her Kake residence after being told to leave.
