    Soccer players in Petersburg began an exciting new tradition earlier this month. For the first time ever, a group, many of whom have been playing soccer together for over ten years at the Community Gym, formed a co-ed Petersburg team and travelled to Juneau to compete in the Shamrock Invitational Indoor Soccer Tournament.     The Petersburg Vikings traveled to Sitka last week for the Region V Tournament and that is where the season for the Vikings ended. "We started out play against Mt.     The Petersburg Middle School Viking wrestlers traveled to Ketchikan to participate in the Region V Tournament recently and came home fourth place winners. Petersburg scored 169.5 points as a team and came in just behind Sitka with 175.5; Wrangell with 190 and Ketchikan placed first in the tournament with 266.5 points.
