Petersburg Rotary Club and other organizers and volunteers of the Sandy Beach Park playground project gathered together on Wednesday for a ribbon cutting ceremony that has been three years in the making. The Petersburg Rotary Club is leading fundraising efforts to replace the playground at Sandy Beach Park with a larger, more modern playground that would appeal to children of all ages.
