Christmas concert

Bud Bergen stands for a trombone solo during Monday night’s PHS Winter Concert in Wright Auditorium. Bergen is one of PHS’ all-time most accomplished musicians. This year, on trombone, he was selected to participate in the Region V Honors Music Festival, the All-State Music Festival and the All-Alaska Jazz Band. He is also an outstanding vocalist and was selected to participate as a tenor in the All-NW Music Festival concert choir, an event honoring the top student musicians in a six state region.
