John M. Murgas, 64, appeared before Magistrate Desiree Burrell to petition the court for a long term stalking order against Karen Olsen. The order was put into place immediately and Olsen must not follow, approach, confront, watch or otherwise stalk or threaten to stalk the petitioner; she must not contact by telephone, e-mail, U.S. mail or otherwise communicate directly or indirectly with the petitioner and Olsen must not be within 100 feet of the petitioner’s residence or place of employment.
