Nicholas Cody Hendry, 21, appeared before Magistrate Desiree Burrell for a felony first appearance on the charge of second degree assault and injury with a weapon. A public defender was appointed. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only performance bond and a preliminary hearing has been set for June 21, 2013.

Eric L. Yancey, 53, appeared before Magistrate Burrell for an arraignment on the charges of transporting big game hunt without a license and outfitting or advertising game hunting without a license. Yancey entered a plea of not guilty and was released with conditions.
