North Harbor ribbon cutting

State Sen. Burt Stedman assisted Petersburg Harbormaster Glo Wollen in cutting the ceremonial ground line to commemorate the grand opening of the North Harbor. The new harbor boasts new technology that keeps all the wood outside of the water and the facility contains a troller's work float with funding assistance from the Alaska Troller's Association.
