Diana Lynn Loseth, 53, passed away unexpectedly September 8, 2014 in Plains, Mont.
She was born December 19, 1960 to Anita and David Loseth in Petersburg. Five minutes later her twin sister Deborah (Fisher) Loseth was born.
She graduated from Petersburg High School in 1980. In 1981, she married Jim Vick and gave birth to the love of her life, Leah.
Diana brought so much sunshine into the lives of the ones she loved and cherished every moment she spent with her three grandchildren Erik, age 9; Sierra, age 7; and Evin Olsen, age 3.
Her love for children was immeasurable. She doted on all of her grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many great-nieces and -nephews and friends.
She spent her life commercial fishing, waitressing, and working in home health care and child care.
No matter where Diana went she always showed up in style. She enjoyed sunshine, camping and Sunday picnics at Blind Slough with family and friends. She looked forward to trips up the Stikine River to visit her Uncle Earl and Aunt Mary Benitz's homestead.
Diana is survived by her mother, Anita (Benitz) Loseth; her daughters, Leah (John) Olsen and June Vick; her sisters, Deborah (Fisher) Loseth, Juanita Loseth, Tina (Thompson) Loseth, and Desiree (Killgore) Loseth; and her grandchildren Erik, Sierra and Evin Olsen and many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and -nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to Wells Fargo under Diana Loseth Memorial.
