Caller reported suspicious individuals going through a donation bin. Officers made contact with an individual on the matter on Haugen Drive.

Caller reported a vehicle blocking a driveway near Excel Street. Another vehicle was reported by a caller along S. Nordic Drive as having a flat tire, to be moved the following day.
