Brandy Boggs is sworn in as a Deputy Magistrate on Nov. 6 by Presiding Judge Trevor Stephens. Boggs began working as the Clerk of Court in Oct. 2013 and will now be able to fill in for Magistrate Judge Desiree Burrell at the Petersburg District Court.
