John Staples appeared before Magistrate Judge Desiree Burrell for an arraignment. The defendant pled not guilty to a charge of Violating Conditions of Release. The court set bail at $500 and set the following condition of release: defendant cannot consume alcohol, including medicine which contains alcohol not approved by the court.
