Field joins Pilot reporting staff

Jess C. Field, 31, starts this week as the Pilot's full-time reporter. He arrives from Valier, Mont. Field earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Montana where he minored in Wildlife Biology. He completed an internship with Bugle Magazine in Missoula, Mont. where he wrote news and feature articles for the publication. During college he was a news reporter for the college paper, Montana Kaimin. In his spare time he enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking and other outdoor activities.
