Not from around here

This Brown Booby was sighted in the Wrangell Narrows in mid-September. A sighting this far north is almost unheard of for this bird which rarely ranges further north than the Gulf of California. These tropical seabirds feed by plunge-diving as deep as 6 feet in pursuit of squid and fish.
