Last year, when Kyla Willis went to Chile, the only Spanish she knew was how to ask where the bathroom was and how to order two beers. A lot has changed since last August. Willis can now speak Chilean Spanish fluently, and she has a new appreciation for international travel and the local Rotary Youth Exchange program.
