Brighter days ahead

Sunday's Winter Solstice Walk brought a crowd out to the ballfield in the mid-afternoon dark to mark the Winter Solstice and the beginning of longer daylight. The event started with a group launch of paper sky lanterns, followed by a march along Hungry Point Trail with each participant carrying hand fashioned lanterns.
