The borough has until the end of the year to accept the Alaska Department of Transportation (ADOT) proposal to take over three float facilities currently under state control. The assembly continued talking about the subject at the Monday meeting.
Vice mayor Cindi Lagoudakis gave figures she had tracked down regarding what it would cost for annual maintenance and improvements for the three facilities. Harbormaster Glo Wollen had worked up some numbers and Lagoudakis read them to the assembly.
