Petersburg High School's track and field students cleated up for their first meet over the weekend, participating in the Ketchikan Invitational.
"We did okay," said team coach Brad Taylor.
The girls team ended up winning the invitational, together earning 155 points to beat out Sitka by eight.
Izabelle Ith had a successful weekend, taking first in all of her events: the 200 meters, 100-meter hurdles, 300-meter hurdles and triple jump.
