Professional halibut 'fletchers' from Icicle Seafoods will demonstrate the process at 2 p.m. on Nordic Drive this Saturday. Halibut fletching was a popular feature at past Little Norway Festival Pageants and featured, left to right: Margaret Sakamoto, Sis Whitethorn, Pauline Fernandez and Rose Sheldon all employees at the Petersburg Cold Storage in the 1960s when this photo was taken. All have passed away except Sheldon who will be 91 years old June 3.
