October 4, 1918 The ladies of the local branch of the Red Cross have during the last week completed 45 girls dresses for refugee Belgian children, and they will be forwarded at once. A box of Sphagnum moss was shipped to Seattle last week, and more shipments will be made in the near future. The ladies are making an allotment of Sphagnum moss pads in the work-rooms now and an especial appeal is made for more hands.
