The borough assembly passed ordinance #2018-18, which will provide a new development code for the borough, in its second reading at an assembly meeting on Monday.
“There’s nothing final about this in case we realize a piece of it doesn’t work,” said vice mayor Jeigh Stanton Gregor.
The updated code seeks to streamline and update the current code.
