Representatives from the U.S Department of Veterans Affairs held a town hall meeting on Tuesday to give local veterans an update on the VA system in Alaska and help them file any forms or documents.
Timothy Ballard, director of Alaska VA Healthcare System based in Anchorage, led the meeting by explaining changes to the VA at the national and local levels.
