PMC begins first steps of creating negative pressure room

The Petersburg Medical Center Board of Directors approved a request for proposals to Jensen Yorba Lott, Inc. for the design and administrative oversight on the renovation of a portion of the hospital.

To become compliant with standards that regulate the handling of hazardous drugs, PMC will be remodeling the part of the hospital where the drugs for chemotherapy are prepared.
