Paper Crown for Prom Queen Charlotte Clausen Made in 1937 by Mary Allen Charlotte Clausen was the second Prom Queen for the event when it was held in the gymnasium building at Petersburg High School. Gold foil paper from Miss Saylor's Chocolate box, red velvet fabric decorated with imitation pearls and colored glass jewels.
