The one and only dome in Petersburg

Tucked away behind Jeigh Stanton Gregor's house on N. 7th St. is a green, futuristic dome that his mother-in-law, Liz Lorraine, calls home.
After doing research into the dome several years ago, Stanton Gregor decided to purchase one as a place for Lorraine to be closer to her two grandkids. A self-described "dome dweller," Lorraine said she's happy with her living quarters.
"The biggest thing is she's happy, and I'm glad she likes it," said Stanton Gregor.
The dome was built by a company called Intershelter, based in Juneau. They have built domes around the world that have been used as homeles...
