On September 11, Hunt Parr, Sr., 63, of Petersburg was issued a summons by Alaska State Troopers for commercial fishing the closed waters of District 6A. Parr is the permit holder aboard the F/V Somerset, a gillnet vessel based out of Petersburg. Arraignment is set for October 8 in the Petersburg District Court.
