Sept. 3 — Mitchell Lee Eide entered a guilty plea to charges of commercial fishing outside fishing seasons and periods. The court sentenced the defendant to a $100 fine and $20 surcharge.
Herbert James Murray was arraigned on charges of waste of salmon. The defendant entered a no contest plea and was sentenced to a $1,500 fine and $100 surcharge.
