Nov. 5 – Garritt Lee Johnson was arraigned on charges of unlawful possession or transfer of game and area closed to hunting. The court entered a not guilty plea on behalf of the defendant and the next hearing was set for Nov. 13.
Kevin Lee Hess entered a not guilty plea to charges of area closed to hunting. He entered a not guilty plea and trial was set for Nov. 26.
Dennis Lowell Jones, Jr. pleaded guilty to a charge of sub-legal moose. The defendant was fined $300 with a $20 surcharge, forfeited the moose to the state and was allowed to pay the processing fee in lieu of the fine.
