May 1 – Judge Stephens presided over a change of plea hearing for Carter Gueller. Under the terms of the agreement Gueller pleaded guilty to a single count of misconduct involving a controlled substance in the 2nd degree after three other charges were dismissed. Sentencing was set for June 22.
May 5 – Matthew Everett Alan Davis was arraigned on two counts of violating conditions of release and resisting arrest. The defendant entered a not guilty plea to both charges and was released on a $500 cash performance bond and other conditions.
