Magistrate Judge Rachel Newport in the Petersburg District Court presided over a minor offense trial for Paul Winje. The defendant was charged with failure to secure a dangerous dog. The court found him guilty. Winje was given a $150 fine along with a Police Training Surcharge due within 10 days of $20.
