The Petersburg Borough Assembly voted to spend $20,000 to find out the estimated costs to develop multiple subdivisions during its Sept. 19 meeting as it looks to open up more lots to address the housing crisis.
The total expenditure was approved in two parts and the estimations will be completed by PND Engineers.
Both expenditures passed in 5-1 votes with Assembly Member Bob Lynn opposed.
