Superior Court Judge Katherine Lybrand presided over the hearing of a petition to revoke probation in State of Alaska v. Jared Burns. The petition was denied with conditions of probation remaining in place. Additionally, arraignment proceedings took place for the charges of Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Mischief 4.
