Skylark LLC's application to buy borough land includes six lots: Lots 2, 3, 5, 5A, and 6 of Skylark II Subdivision, located off Odin Street, and Government Lot 21, located by Skylark Way and adjacent to GL 14. On Nov. 6, the Petersburg Borough Assembly unanimously agreed to rezone GL 14 from Public Use to Single Family Mobile Home at the request of property owner Skylark LLC.
During a regular meeting on Nov. 6, the Petersburg Borough Assembly passed a resolution in its first reading to approve an application for Skylark Park LLC to purchase borough land. The purchase includes five lots on Odin Street, of Skylark II Subdivision, and one parcel, Government Lot 21, near Skylark Way.
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended the assembly approve the application during the commission's most recent meeting on Oct. 10.
