Petersburg High School's varsity volleyball team wrapped up their season in front of a home crowd this last weekend at this year's regional tournament.
The young PHS squad was not able to make it to the final two and qualify for state, but they fought hard against fierce competition and had an excellent season, with hopefully more to come next year.
"Overall, a pretty darn good season for the kids. Especially looking back on their success over the years," said head coach Jaime Cabral.
"It's a pretty amazing group and they're still young."
