Just before Christmas this year, Mori Hays, of Haines, and Petersburg's Julia Murph found themselves in an unfamiliar situation: waiting in line to take a selfie.
Most of the past year and a half had been spent on the saddle of their bicycles slogging through thousands of miles of rain and heat, or camped out in soccer fields or deserts at night.
