Lady Vikings clinch first wins in homecoming games

After two nail-biting matches during homecoming weekend in Petersburg, the Lady Vikings were finally triumphant, picking up their first wins of the season up against the Wrangell Lady Wolves.

Both Friday and Saturday's matches came down to a few key plays from Petersburg's varsity girls basketball squad, and thanks to their diligence, time spent, and effort over the course of the season, all their hard work paid off.
