Rebecca Louise Norris Weisenburger was born on February 6, 1955, in Vallejo, California. Her father, Robert Edwin Norris, was a pastor and her mother, Ann Norris was a proud homemaker and an active member of their church. Becky joined her brother Mark and sister Debie. Soon after, their brother Dave was born.
