The Pacific Spiny Lumpsucker, or Eumicrotremus Orbis, is a species of bony fish in the family Cyclopteridae. Lumpsuckers are tiny round fish, typically measuring from one to three inches long. They have wide mouths with large lips and protruding eyes. Their rounded shape and small fins make Spiny Lumpsuckers feeble, haphazard swimmers, but the Lumpsucker has a pelvic fin that acts like a large fringed suction cup, allowing the fish to attach itself to solid objects.
